After your first sale, follow up with the customer, such as with a "thank you" email and including in this email, an advertisement for other products you have for sale. You can follow this up every month, or so.
2. You can Upsell to your customers, When they're already on your order page, tell them about a couple of other products you have on offer related to this sale. This may well add to your initial order.
3. Tell your customers if they refer four customers to your website, in return they will receive a full rebate of their purchase price, or hefty reduction on their next purchase. This can turn the initial sale into multiple sales.
4. When you sell a product, offer the client the opportunity to participate in an affiliate program so they can make commissions selling your product. This will multiply the original sale you just made.
5. Sell the reprint, reproduction, or resale rights to your products. You can include an ad on, or included with the download of the product, specifying other products you have for sale. You could make sales for the reproduction rights on the back end of the product, simply by redirecting them to an additional sales page, just prior to the payment page.
6. You can cross promote your product, as a package with products from similar businesses.
7. When you send or deliver the product, add a coupon, or special discount for other products you have for sale in the package. This will induce them to buy more of your products.
8. Send your customers a catalog of add-on extras to compliment the original product, such as upgrades, special services, attachments, or resale rights. If they liked your initial product, these additional accessories may be an easy sale.
9. Send your customers freebies with their initial purchase. These giveaways should have your advertising showing prominently on them. It could be stickers, caps,beats by dre solo, shirts etc. This will allow other people to see your advertising and create interest in your products, that you may not have been able to reach previously.
